We offer free next day delivery for orders placed before 5pm that are over £30. 

For orders under £30 shipping is £2.99 and when placed before 5pm this will be delivered the next day.

All our subscriptions come with free next day delivery.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back on our supplement range. If our supplements don't work for your dog then you get your money back. If you don't love it, you don't pay for it!

To be eligible to claim a refund under our 30 day money back guarantee you need to contact us within 30 days of placing your order including:
Your order number
The reason for your refund request
Unless faulty, we do not offer refunds on our Slow Feeder Lick Bowls or Lick Mats and are unable to accept returns on these products due to hygiene reasons.

Our 30 day money back guarantee only applies to purchases made via our website and does not apply to purchases of our products made via other retailers.

Please contact woof@buddyandlola.co.uk for refund & return requests. We do not offer reimbursement for shipping costs incurred when returning an item/s to us.
